Here's a list of questions we hear a lot. Hopefully this section can help you out with some commonly asked things, and save you some time. Anything else you have questions about, don't hesitate to call the shop!

01

Do I need an appointment? If so, how do I get one?

Yes you do. We operate by appointment only, to book feel free to go use our contact form through the website or contact the shop directly.

02

What are your business hours?

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: 10am-6pm

Wednesday: 10am-6pm

Thursday: 10am-6pm

Friday: 10am-8pm

Saturday: 10am-6pm

Sunday: 10am-6pm

03

Can you have a drawing ready for me ahead of time?

All of the artists are custom artists, and therefore need to have drawings ready for every single client. For this reason, they typically don't do the drawing too far in advance. We always have your design ready for you on the day of your appointment, and leave plenty of time booked in to make any necessary changes. Designs cannot leave the shop to prevent duplication.

04

Is my deposit refundable? What if I can't make it?

No, if you cancel your appointment, or don't show up, the deposit is non-refundable. There is, however, an exception: As long as we receive 48 hours notice for a change in the date of your appointment, we can reschedule no problem and the deposit is transferrable. Any changes need to be done either in person, or on the phone with a manager (i.e. no Facebook, E-mail, etc. for appointment changes)

05

How should I prepare for my tattoo?

The best thing to do is make sure you get a good night's sleep the night before, and eat a good meal before coming in. Try not to be hung over for your appointment if you can, as this will help the whole process run a little more smoothly. Wear comfortable clothing, and keep in mind you might end up with some ink on your clothes. If you can, take a Vitamin B complex every day for a couple of weeks before your appointment. This will help boost your immune system, helping with the healing of your new tattoo.

06

What should I bring with me?

We require valid photo I.D. for tattoos and piercings. Ontario drivers license, health card or passport are acceptable. It's always a good idea to bring drinks and snacks for longer appointments to give you a little energy throughout. Most artists have television or entertainment in their booth so we can provide the distractions. But always feel free to bring your own (IPad, Headphones, etc.)

07

What are your age restrictions for tattoos and piercings?

For tattoos the legal age is 18 with valid government photo I.D. For piercings the legal age is 16 with valid government photo I.D (excluding nipple/ genital piercing) . For tattoos, we have a strict 18 and over policy, so you must be at least 18 years of age to recieve a tattoo.
